All conference destinations offer a wide range of accommodation from luxury and super deluxe to budget hotels. Depending upon the event venue, the delegate profile & logistics, we suggest most viable accommodation options to the delegates, who can then choose a hotel to suit their tastes & budgets.
PRE / POST CONFERENCE TOURS
We believe that no meeting or conference in UAE is complete unless delegates have been provided a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage of the Emirates. We plan and prepare short pre and post-conference city tours, At the top view from Burj Khalifa, Desert Safaris etc.
TRANSPORT
We prepare a transport movement plan for the conference. This includes arrival / departure transfers, shuttle service from various hotels to the venue during the conference and transferring delegates for the various social events. Having handled hundreds of thousands of passengers, you can safely handover the responsibility for total transport management to us.
